We had a great stay. Friendly neighborhood and close to restaurants and town. We had 3 couples staying at the house and we each had a private area and our own bathroom. Which worked great for us.
The house was clean and very welcoming.
Michael responded quickly to my messages and was very easy to work with.
Definitely will stay again​​

This house was great. Good location yet very quiet. Spacious. It was nice having access to the Casita. Too cold for the pool but it looked inviting. Michael was very responsive.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is extremely quiet. The pool was clean and well kept. Close to London bridge and downtown with numerous restaurants.
Our favorite time of day was in the morning eating breakfast out by the pool and enjoying the Peace and serenity. The master bedroom and bath has direct access to the pool is an added bonus.
Our trip to Arizona was for rest and relaxation and this home was perfect.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! It felt like home away from home. Michael noticed on his end the temp was not dropping as quickly as it should and he had an AC tech there within minutes. Very responsive. We enjoyed the pool tremendously! Great place to stay!​​

The house was extremely clean and in great shape. Our only complaint was the lack of window coverage in the primary bedroom. The sun basically hits the window as soon as it comes up in the morning. It would be nice to sleep past 5am when on vacation.

Michael’s house was perfect for our stay in Havasu! It was exactly as described, had every amenity we needed, and was spotless! We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and cooling off after a hot day! The house was close to everything (lake, shopping, restaurants). Michael was very responsive to every message I sent him. I would love to stay here again if we are in the area!

The place is just like the pictures. The pool and outdoor area is the perfect place to relax. Very spacious and comfortable. 2 car garage and a parking spot on the side helps to have secure parking. Outdoor BBQ, oven, and air fryer helps you to take care of your appetite. The house is centrally located, basically 5 minutes away from the downtown and the beach. I would recommend it to anyone!

The price is super fair for the nice home, great pool, and perfect location to easily get to exceptional restaurants and the marina where we docked our boat and rented jet skis.
Michael was super responsive to all our questions.

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood, felt very safe going for walks, even after dark. Beautiful sunsets over the lake! Enjoyed London Bridge and the lake, also made a fun day trip to Oatman. Everything was very clean inside and out and he responded quickly when we had questions. Was a comfortable, relaxing stay.
