We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can continue to offer a premium experience for all our guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings made through Havasu-Tranquility.com and HavasuTranquility.com

1. Standard Cancellation Schedule

• Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).

• Partial Refund (50%): Guests who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.

2. Deposit & Payment

• A deposit [usually 50%] is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply the cancellation policy.

3. No-Shows & Early Departures

• No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on their check-in date without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for shortened stays or early departures once the guest has checked in.

4. Weather & Environmental Factors

Lake Havasu is a desert destination. Please note:

• No refunds will be given for weather-related issues (high heat, wind, or rain) or fluctuating lake levels.

• In the rare event of a mandatory evacuation or a natural disaster that renders the property uninhabitable, a pro-rated refund or credit for a future stay will be issued.
   

5. Host Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen maintenance issues or property damage, we will notify you immediately. You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, or we will assist you in rescheduling your stay.
 

6. Travel Insurance

Because Havasu is a popular destination with high seasonal demand, we strongly recommend that guests purchase third-party travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected illness, family emergencies, or travel delays.
